I'm So Glad When Grandpa Comes...

I'm so glad when grandpa comes, when grandpa comes...Hooray!
He always says the kindest things and in the kindest way.
He has a wrinkly, twinkly smile,
He's jolly all the day.
It's always fun for everyone when Grandpa comes!
I love, love this sweet photo of my dad with Ellie and Andrew. Every time I see that animated expression on his face as he reads a book to two of his grandkids, I can't help but reminisce back to when I was a little girl and would snuggle up on his lap for a book or a tickle. I even love that Andrew couldn't care less about the book...he's way more interested in whatever electronic device that is.

We miss you Grandpa and Grandma...come visit us soon!

    I really like this picture. I am pretty sure that Andrew is playing with my old Ipod. I think that it was probably inoperative by this point in time. By the way, Happy Birthday to Ellie!!!!

    That's a great picture of Pops. I love that Andrew even then was interested in the electronics device rather than the book. That's so Andrew! He has at least developed a liking of books now too. (o:
