The strawberries we planted three years ago are finally starting to really give us sweet juicy strawberries. We might even have enough for a batch or two of jam...that is if we can figure out a way to keep the animals (squirrels and birds in particular) from eating them all like they did last year.

Three years??? Hope it's worth the wait.
