Writing a Book...

So, I decided to write a book and need your input.   Which do you think would sell better?

#1--
"How to Remodel Your Basement in 437 Days
and Only Go a Little Crazy," 
with a Foreword written by S. Lowe Polk

or

#2--
"Why Bad Decorating Happens to Good People,"
with a guest chapter by Y. Bawther

    Does this mean your basement is done? I would definitely buy the second since I have not one decorating bone in my body. So Y Bawther indeed.

    I would definitely buy both books! I know my life will be same when I'm actually given the opportunity to do those things!
