(Long-time readers of this blog know that I love making random quizzes about our life and promising prizes of gazillions of dollars for those who answer it correctly. Too bad for you I don't have gazillions of dollars to offer, so instead I'm offering something much awesomer that money. Anyone who answers this quiz correctly will earn the privilege of me mentioning their name in a future blogpost. You will be famous and it will be awesome. )
Which one of the following statements is NOT true about the last few days?
1. Cami was nominated as lacrosse Athlete of the Week last week.
2. Spencer was caught in the middle of an almost-melee when he was sitting between two people who started screaming and cursing at each other in the middle of watching "The Lucky One" at the movie theater.
3. Grandma Sandy is in process of teaching Emma how to knit.
4. Glen and I went for a much needed six-mile run. It felt awesome.
5. I actually beat Glen and his mom in an uber-competitive game of Scrabble.
6. Ellie randomly decided to make a ginormous "I Love You" banner for her 1st grade teacher.
7. Emma and Cami were on a 9-mile hike with the young women from church when a storm blew in, so they spent the last 3 miles running through the pouring, blustery rain.

I'm going to guess that 5 is wrong.
ReplyDeleteAll are correct... It's a trick quiz!
ReplyDeleteI'd guess #4. I think you went on the run but it was either not as long or it didn't feel all that great (I can't imagine a 6-mile run feeling great if you haven't run in a while!).
ReplyDeleteI guess #1--doesn't Cami do cross country? Is it a trick?!? I will start practicing my autograph now.
ReplyDeleteMy initial guess was #7 but then I thought I heard the weather has been crazy in the East.
ReplyDeleteThen I thought #5 and decided it was possible.
But my final guess is #6. That is all.
I think all of them could be true, but I hope #2 is not true. And so I am voting for number 2.
ReplyDeleteOk, I am changing mine. There is NO way Spencer would use his free time at home to go see "The Lucky One" The melee might have happened just trying to get him there. That sounds like more of a "Hunger Games" experience. So, I re-submit for #2.
ReplyDeleteNumber two, for sure.
ReplyDeleteI know the answer it's tricky, but if you think hard you can figure it out.
ReplyDeleteMy first guess was # 5 since Glen almost always wins every competition, but it is probably #2 since Spence was probably sitting between you and Glen.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to pick #4. Not because I don't think you could do it, but because i know most of the other ones are true. (o:
ReplyDeleteI know I'm late to the guessing game, but I have to go with #2 as well. "The Lucky One" doesn't really seem like Spencer's top choice in movies.
ReplyDeleteI would guess 7 since Emma isn't in YW unless it's a trick question and she went with them for fun!! Is she 12??
ReplyDeleteHmmmm, I'm going to guess #5:)
ReplyDeleteI guess number #2.
ReplyDeleteI guess number 2 as well.
ReplyDeleteMy guess is that number 4 didn't happen.
ReplyDeleteNumber six is definitely not true!
ReplyDeleteEmma is too young, so it is probably number 7.
ReplyDeleteNo way you beat Glen and his mother in Scrabble. Number five is obviously the right answer.
ReplyDeleteEmma probably already knows how to knit, so it is probably number three.
ReplyDeleteCami was nominated as the Athlete of the Week in general, not just as the lacrosse Athlete of the Week.
