Day 361--Family Gathering

Today we had a family gathering at our house.  Ellie and Pete's three girls (Lauren, McKenzie, and Bridgette) had a fabulous time playing with the dollhouse.  

and with six out of eight Crain siblings all together there was a whole lot of silliness going on there. 

Day 263--Saying, "Cheese!"

We couldn't pass by an opportunity of all 10 of us being together and not get a family photo taken. We scoured Utah photographers and found one that we liked and hired her for the job.

She had to put up with a whole lot of silliness and inside jokes from us, but at least she didn't have to shake any stuffed animals and talk in a high voice to get us to look at the camera.

As soon as she left, we pulled out my camera and started snapping our own shots that captured a little more of the Crain personality.

Day 181--Bosom Friends

Tonight I went to the first meeting of the Anne of Green Gables club.  We sat around eating plum puffs, homemade bread, and  homemade raspberry cordial while engaging in scintillating sometimes scandalous conversations.  Well worth the late bedtime!
