At age six, Ellie has already found her dream car....
except she's hoping it will be just a tad more fuchsia, since pink is only her second favorite color behind fuchsia and before purple.

Ellie's definitely a girl after here grandpa's heart. My first car was a brand new 1968 VW bug which cost me $1,745. I loved that little car and drove it until I left on my mission in early 1969. Funny, but I can not for the life of me remember what color that litte beetle bug was...
She might have to fight Sophie for it! My friend recently taught Sophie how to "slug bug". Sophie says when she gets older she wants a "slug bug" so she can see people tap each other. Her latest favorite color is HOT pink though, so maybe that's not quite fuchsia and they can each have their own? =)
Welcome to our family blog where you can find the latest on our family and read all about Spencer's battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (subtype M5). He was diagnosed in January 2012 and has been in remission about 10 years now. Every day he is in remission is a gift to us.
In amongst the leukemia updates you'll find a random conglomeration of humorous, boring, goofy, and inspiring tales (with photos of course) from the adventure of our life with five kids. An adventure that we're taking ...a day at a time.

I love your taste Ellie Belly!
Dad, Something tells me that yours probably wasn't pink. Just a guess though. :)
Yep, probably not pink. Actually think that it was light blue.
