The picture from our first post...Easter 2007Here are some fun statistics from our blog over the year:
We've had 7,613 visits from 45 different states (we're just missing Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Nebraska...so if you happen to go on vacation to any of these places you'll have to make sure you give us a "hit").
California, Virginia, and Utah have given us the most hits...with California taking the top prize (thanks to my sister, Kristina, and Glen's sister, Lara...thanks!).
My brother Pete's blog takes the prize for giving us the most referrals with Kristina's close behind.

Mom and I can not begin to tell you (and Mika-Pete and Tom-Kristina and Matt-Karey and Aitcher) just how much we have fallen in love with this wonderful invention of the modern age-blogs.
For years Mom has religiously avoided the computer-often ignoring her e-mail and friends for weeks at a time.
But thanx to your blogs, she is now a regular several times a day looking for updates on each of your blog pages.
If you can imagine that your grandparents got to see you on an average of every two years while you were growing up with occasional pics from Germany or Minnesota or wherever. But, we literally get to see you guys on a daily basis-and of course talk to you as well.
What an amazing world we live in!!
Thanks for perfecting this art Lara as it is a great blessing in our lives.
Hope you are printing up the pages to publish into a book for each of your kiddos.

I love the idea of your year in review! Thanks to you and Denise for getting me started on the blog. I have enjoyed writing in it. By the way, how do you know where other bloggers are from?
happy birthday blog! lara are you going to try to make a book out of your blog? that'd be cool at that one website, if you can get it for cheap!
I remember at the beginning you would call me when you had issues or needed help. Now I am the one calling you with issues and help. Plus you do a much better job updating your blog.
