So I walked into the kitchen and found Adam sitting at the computer...
He greets me and says, "Hi Mom! I'm just looking at my blog."
After suppressing giggles I realize he's clicked on the "Adam" tag in our photo organizer and he's just perusing through all the pictures of himself...his blog!
It looks like a pretty cool blog. Lots of cute pictures. I never realized that Adam was so techno savvy. Amazing what the kids can do these days. At his age, we had nothing like that. Then when I got older, the best we had was Number Munchers and Oregon Trail.
Welcome to our family blog where you can find the latest on our family and read all about Spencer's battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (subtype M5). He was diagnosed in January 2012 and has been in remission about 13 years now. Every day he is in remission is a gift to us.
In amongst the leukemia updates you'll find a random conglomeration of humorous, boring, goofy, and inspiring tales (with photos of course) from the adventure of our life with five kids. An adventure that we're taking ...a day at a time.

What a different world we live in. A five year old that can use a computer and knows what a blog is. Truly amazing.
