How is it that every single one of my kids has woke up on the wrong side of the bed on the same day?

Lot of possible explanations to include:
1. S.A.D. - Seasonal Affectation Disorder (often strikes on cold, dark, rainy/snowy winter days-like we used to have up in Minnesnowta).
2. Karma - Everybody went to bed with unresolved conflicts or worries (tests, etc.) in their heads. It usually happens to me after a bad BYU loss like the last one to Utah
3. Hunger pains - One of your famous apple pancake breakfasts ought to do the trick. Or some Orange Breakfast rolls or your blueberry French toast. Something sweet should solve the grumpiness.
4. Music - put on some happy sing-a-long music and get everybody dancing.
Boy, it is amazing the insights that one gets from the safety of old age and distance.
1. Today was sunshiney 2. Today is Pizza and movie night (something they're usually really excited about) 3. The screaming got worse through breakfast 4. I'm sure music would've solved all of our problems, except I was trying to get the kids out the door to school
Welcome to our family blog where you can find the latest on our family and read all about Spencer's battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (subtype M5). He was diagnosed in January 2012 and has been in remission about 10 years now. Every day he is in remission is a gift to us.
In amongst the leukemia updates you'll find a random conglomeration of humorous, boring, goofy, and inspiring tales (with photos of course) from the adventure of our life with five kids. An adventure that we're taking ...a day at a time.

Any more advice Dr. Dad?
How bout two tickets to Jamaica?
Your mom has volunteered to go with you-since she is so tired of winter already (and it is only the 5th of December)!
That sounds much better! Thanks Dr.
That's the worst when EVERYONE wakes up grumpy!
