It's been a long couple of weeks. So when the thermometer hit 77° today (yes it did snow 5 inches on Monday), we decided to go on a long walk around the lake. It was four plus miles of fresh air, sunshine, exercise, talking, and laughing...the best kind of therapy money could never buy.

Sounds wonderful! We had a 65 degree day and we enjoyed it by playing outside in the sandbox and breathing fresh air. Can't wait for more days like that!

I totally agree. Nothing is better for kids than getting them out of the house. Or for me, my best therapy is a good run.
