My kids have become just as excited about this
I ♥ Faces craze as I have. They incessantly ask me how many comments the latest entry is up to and compare which child's photo got the most comments from week to week. Then they wonder aloud at which child's photo I might use the next week and whether they'll break the comment record of 44 comments. (No, they're not competitive at all are they?)
So tonight when my kids asked me at
our dinner at MickeyD's when on earth I was ever going to post my adult entry this week, somehow my husband slipped into a VERY silly, sleep deprived, sugar induced fit of accommodation and actually allowed the kids to "help" him get nice and messy to fit this week's theme.
So, without further ado...
My very serious, shy husband.

Nice! He looks like a fun guy. :)
I talk about it all the time too. I heart faces, that is!
Haha! That is very accomodating! Good job Glen!
What a great husband to let himself get messy and then let you take a photo!
Now that is the Glen that we all know and love. The wild and crazy "Golden" boy.
And a good sport at that!
Shy and serious, indeed. No, that would be my husband--Mr. Wears a Suit Practically Seven Days a Week. Funny picture!
I agree. Here we get a glimpse of the real Glen. eek.
I love your I (heart) faces pictures!! That is a great picture of Glen!!
Spectacular! Looks like he had a ton of fun doing it too, and that's the most important part! :)
Your husband reads Twilight AND is willing to do this as well?!? No normal husband could even aspire to such greatness.
On a completely unrelated note, is that his hand with the ring on the thumb?
Alex - thank you for elevating me to "greatness" status. I wish everything was so easy as reading a few stories about a vampire loving teenager and slapping a little ice-cream and hot fudge on your face!
Yes, that is my thumb. I have been fidgeting lately putting that ring on either one of my thumbs at any given time or its more appropriate place on my right hand ring finger. It is my "heirloom" turquoise ring that my Grandfather wore and was passed on to me when he passed away. As I type, it is on my left thumb (it appears in the picture it was on my right thumb). I know - wierd; I can't help myself!
