Way to go! That is quite a distance. Jaremie is in the midst of training for three triathlons (April, May and June). When he first got involved with triathlons, I was pregnant, so that was my "excuse" not to race with him. Now I just fess up and tell him I'm not nearly as crazy as he is.
Welcome to our family blog where you can find the latest on our family and read all about Spencer's battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (subtype M5). He was diagnosed in January 2012 and has been in remission about 10 years now. Every day he is in remission is a gift to us.
In amongst the leukemia updates you'll find a random conglomeration of humorous, boring, goofy, and inspiring tales (with photos of course) from the adventure of our life with five kids. An adventure that we're taking ...a day at a time.

Good luck, Glen. Hope you can walk on Sunday.
Wow! Good luck Glen! Glad it's you and not me!
All the best Glen! We will be rooting for you.
Actually the swim sounds like the worst part of your triathlon.
See you in May for your next one.
I agree with my dad. I'm very confident that I couldn't swim more than a few yards before I had to be rescued.
Go Glenn! That is awesome!
Way to go, Glen! Maybe he should throw Ellie's white princess dress on for good luck?
I'll be excited to hear the details, where the race was, etc.
