I don't like banana bread very much, so when my sister AnnaLisa insisted on using my brown bananas I just gave her the stipulation that she could make anything but banana bread with them. They (AnnaLisa and Cami) came up with this delicious banana whoopie pie creation (recipe coming soon) with a peanut butter/cream cheese filling. I'm feeling pretty good about letting my bananas go brown on purpose now.
