Our kids were not about to let some prime jack-o-lantern material (the mini pumpkins from Cox Farms) go to waste. Emma and Adam made this cute little pumpkin family all by themselves (yep, sharp knives and all). They were both quite proud of their sweet pumpkin knifing skills and even roasted up some of the seeds afterwards for a snack.
