Day 283--Saturday is a Special Day....

When I noticed that all the sporting events were canceled today, due to it being Columbus Day weekend, I was sure that it meant that it was going to be a more laid back day.

Boy was I ever wrong. After doing our chores, going running, and going grocery shopping, we then went to Costco to pick up Emma's sparkly new glasses.

Finally Glen got back from his 23 mile run just as we returned home from Costco. At this point, we had to hurry and finish a couple of things, take Spencer somewhere, and still make dinner all before the adult session of stake conference.

Saturdays just aren't what they used to be.
